About
Personalised Programming Personalised Programming is Human Mechanics Lab’s highest level of individualised programming, designed for people who want their training built entirely around their goals, movement, training history and individual needs. Every programme is personalised. Every exercise has a purpose. Every progression is planned. This is a professional coaching relationship focused on improving movement, building strength and creating long-term physical development, not one-size-fits-all programming. A video consultation will follow to discuss the findings, explain the priorities identified through your assessment, and make sure your programming accurately reflects your individual needs. Programme Delivery & Tracking Your training is delivered through the Trainerize app, where you’ll: View your training sessions Access exercise demonstration videos Log your training data and track progress Upload exercise videos for technique review Communicate directly with your coach Your coach adjusts and refines your training based on your feedback, training data, movement videos and performance. Ongoing Support & Adjustments Every 4 weeks, you’ll receive a new personalised training programme. Each four-week phase builds on the previous phase and progresses according to your results, feedback and individual needs. Your training is structured within a 16-week macrocycle, allowing each phase to work towards a clear long
